We’ll compare the old way of doing things (hiring and building 20+ people teams) to today where a team of one can scale, execute, and build daily reporting with the right tools in place. You’ll hear directly from the accountants who have built teams 2-3 times from the ground up how their approach is changing with AI and automation.
